Yoga or pilates to choose. 

Balanced and healthy morning breack.

Thematic workshop in group. 

Participat in preparing and cooking the lunch, lunch time followed of a free time*. 

Walk in the caountryside. 
Balanced and healthy Tea time. 

Yoga/pilates and free time*. 

Dinner. 

Themed discussion. 

Time for bed.

Meal: we propose the discovery of the flavors and of a healthy gastronomic meal (natural, healthy and/or organic) to be nourished in a simple and balanced way. We will use food and ingredients that your defenses were reinforcing, helping you to lose weight and to maintain yourcondition. The menus will adapt themselves to your intolerances or allergies.

Art Well-being offers benefits across the therapy to optimize its health, its levels of energy, to lose weight and to feel good.

2)- Week of detoxification :

We will use food and ingredients that your defenses will reinforce, they will help you to lose weight and to maintain your condition. The menus will adapt themselves to your intolerances or allergies.

Important: all your meals will be prepared according to your blood type and its tolerances, basing on scientific and medical studies (Doct. d'Adamo) as result joins cleanliness of your body, the elimination of the toxins, a rejuvenation, and a new energy.
